Hugo & Friends Resort and Spa is a small scale facility. As such, you may notice our prices are a bit higher than some of our local competitors, but also remember that we do not “warehouse” dogs in our care. We keep our Daycare numbers at or below 40 Medium/Large Dogs per day, and 10 Small Dogs, per day versus competing facilities that take in 100 or more Dogs Medium/Large Dogs and well over 10 Small Dogs.

We do REQUIRE a 2 Hour Trial Day for ALL new Guests. During this Pre-Scheduled Trial Day, we will require up to date vaccine records for the pup(s) and you’ll leave them with us so we can have the opportunity to integrate them into our Play Group and see how they react and behave in the group environment. We offer exceptions to this rule if they’re already currently enrolled in another Daycare and that Daycare is able to provide us with a report on how your pup(s) are in group.

Our Facility REQUIRES properly scheduled Reservations and Appointments for all services that we offer, Daycare, Boarding and Spa. Tours require appointments as well, as we are a “Secure Facility”, what this means is, there is no coming and going in our facility unless you are a Client or a prospective Client with a scheduled appointment to tour our facility. All Clientele are issued unique Door Codes, or they have the opportunity to upgrade to a customized “Key Card”.
